Whether We Like it, or Not.

To wit:

  • ObamaCare.  They will force me to pay for abortions whether I like it or not.   They will come and inspect my home because I am a gun owner.  They will refuse me medical services because of my political and religious beliefs. They will do it, whether I like it or not.
  • UN Arms Treaty: It was signed by Kerry.  Next thing you know, the Federal Government will start implementing a gun registry (if they haven't already), as if it had been ratified by the Senate.  Since Obama can't get gun control any other way, he has asked his buddies in the UN to help.  And they will do all of it, whether we like it or not.
  • The Fed: printing more and more and more fake money, devaluing what we have, until they reach a point where they 'need' to confiscate our 401(k)s to make the bankers whole.  And they will, whether we like it or not.
  • The power grid: this November, there will be an experiment/drill/event? regarding the loss of the power grid.  The powers that be know this is inevitable, because coal power plants, the basis of our electrical system, are to be sacrificed on the Altar of Global Warming, which isn't even happening.  We will face rolling blackouts, whether we like it or not.
  • The middle class in America is to be destroyed, whether we like it or not.

  1. Yup....pretty much spot on....whether we like it or not.

  2. Excellent. Don't forget they'll deny you medical care because of your age, too, or because you haven't suffered enough, yet.

  3. Thanks for the comments, guys. I read both your blogs regularly. I was kind of shocked that a short post that I tossed off in the snit last night got picked up on WRSA.

  4. All that happens, will happen, only if we let it.
Tragically, we already have a long track recored
of doing just that, at the cost of our Republic.
Without question, I'm not the only who knows, nor am I
    it's creator.

  5. I dunno, cavmedic. I think the Fedbeast has gone beyond our collective control. It's time for us to figure out how to unplug from it, insulate our families from it, and keep it from sucking our precious bodily fluids.

    1. There you go. That's the key. I think the answer will be different for each person, but there is a way. We can't really starve it as it has learned to create its own food ... but we don't have to continue to give it our support.

And perhaps when we've withdrawn our consent, when they come for us, we will face no moral obligations to deal with them peacefully. If we've not participated or begged anything from them, then we can treat them as we would any other criminals who came for our lives or our property.

  6. Agreed.
However, my previous comment was approaching it
from the experience of knowing(and learning) how to
    stop an attacking bully.
    Knowing, realizing, understanding
that the bully will never stop, never leave it's prey alone,
    until, until, until..........
    The bully must be taught.

  7. I keep thinking about underground medical clinics, staffed by old Army combat surgeons, early-retired doctors who were forced out of the business economically or for political reasons, and nurses who got fired for refusing a flu shot or some other dumb thing. I think these will become a thing in the next 5 years.

  8. BackwoodsEngineer, this was linked by Doug Ross on Larwyn's Lynx this morning. Feather in your cap.

    1. Wow, can't believe the views this little piece has gotten. Thanks everyone for reading.

  9. Good news is that they have passed more laws than they can enforce. We will win any war of attrition.
